When can I come for treatment?

Bedford – appointments are currently offered in Bedford on Thursdays between 1200 and 1900; and on alternate Saturdays and Sundays.   Appointments on Saturdays are offered between 0830 and 1100; and between 1200 and 1500 on Sundays.  Appointments in Bedford may be booked here.

Where can I park?

There is on-street parking on Castle Road near the clinic.  Please be courteous of the other properties around, ensuring you do not block anyone’s driveway when parking for your appointment.

What happens when I arrive for my appointment?

Please ring the clinic doorbell when you arrive.  There is a small waiting room available if I am with another patient when you arrive.

Are there toilet facilities available at Castle Chiropractic Clinic?

Yes; toilet facilities are available if required.

What should I wear to the appointment?

Chiropractic is a hands-on manual therapy.  Whilst most of the assessments can be performed through light clothing; please, where possible, either wear loose fitting clothes or sportswear to allow access for assessment and treatment.

Are modesty towels provided?

Towels will be available for draping patients, where applicable, however most assessment and treatment will not require this.

What should I bring with me?

You should only bring essentials to the appointment.

How do I pay for my treatment?

Payment is due at the end of the treatment session.  You make payment via bank transfer, card or cash.  Our preferred method of payment is by bank transfer or card.  We accept chip and pin and contactless payments with all major payment methods; including: Mastercard, VISA, Maestro, VISA Electron, American Express, Union Pay, Diners Club International, JCB, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay.  Bank details are available on request if you would like to pay via bank transfer.

Is there disabled access at Castle Chiropractic Clinic?

There is no specific disabled access.  The clinic is on the ground floor in the converted garage.  There is a single step up into the waiting room from outside.  All other facilities are on the same level.

Must I be referred by my GP or may I self-refer?

You may self-refer or be referred by your GP.  Chiropractors, like GPs, are primary care practitioners which means they are trained to recognise when chiropractic treatment will not help and onward referral to your GP is appropriate.
